Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Second Prime AI (“Second Prime,” “we,” “us”), an automated daily accountability and motivation text-message service operated by Richard W. Robinson LLC, doing business as Second Prime AI. By signing up for or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Important: this is not advice, and not for emergencies
Second Prime AI is not a medical, mental-health, therapy, financial, or professional advice service, and is not a substitute for one. It is an automated daily accountability and motivation text service. It does not diagnose, treat, or evaluate any medical or psychological condition. It is not for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, call 911 (or your local emergency number) or call/text 988(Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) immediately. Messages are generated by AI. Always consult a qualified professional for medical, mental-health, financial, or legal decisions.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the service.
The service & SMS consent
The service sends daily automated text messages to the number you provide. Message frequency is daily. Message & data rates may apply. You can cancel SMS at any time by replying STOP, and get help by replying HELP. Messages are AI-generated and are not reviewed by a human before sending.
Crisis handling
If a message appears to describe a crisis, the service may automatically text you information directing you to 911 and 988. The service does not contact emergency services or hotlines on your behalf, does not dispatch help, and does not monitor or guarantee any response. You must never rely on the service for emergency help. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle safety disclosures.
Payment, billing & cancellation
Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription as described in the service or by contacting us. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change pricing on a going-forward basis with notice.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the service lawfully and not to misuse it — for example, by attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, or use it to harm others. You are responsible for the phone number and account you provide.
No warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any message will be delivered, timely, or suitable for your situation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Second Prime will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on the service or its messages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new “Effective” date, and continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
