Privacy Policy

Second Prime AI (“Second Prime,” “we,” “us”), operated by Richard W. Robinson LLC (doing business as Second Prime AI), provides an automated daily accountability and motivation text-message service. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when we share it, and the choices you have. By signing up for or using the service, you agree to this policy and to our Terms of Service.
Information we collect
- Contact details you provide: your mobile phone number and (if you opt in to email) your email address.
- Account & goal information: the goals, preferences, and accountability details you share so the service can send relevant messages.
- Message content: the text messages you send to and receive from the service. These may contain personal and sensitive, health-adjacent information (for example, how you are feeling). We treat this content with care.
- Consent records: a dated record of each consent you give (timestamp, the exact text you agreed to, and technical metadata such as IP address and browser), kept to document your opt-in.
- Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number; we receive limited billing details and a token from Stripe.
- Usage & delivery data: message delivery status and basic technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use your information
- To deliver the daily accountability text messages you signed up for.
- To generate message content. Messages are produced with the help of artificial intelligence; your goal and message content are used to tailor them.
- To process payments and manage your subscription.
- To send a weekly summary email, if you opted in to email.
- To operate, secure, debug, and improve the service, and to comply with legal obligations.
How we use AI
We use a third-party AI provider (Anthropic) to help generate the messages you receive. Relevant message and goal content may be sent to that provider to produce responses. Messages are AI-generatedand are not reviewed by a human before they are sent. The service is not a medical, mental-health, therapy, or financial-advice service — see our Terms of Service for the full disclaimer.
When we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- With service providerswho operate the service on our behalf — for example, our SMS carrier (Twilio), payment processor (Stripe), email provider, AI provider (Anthropic), and hosting/database providers — under terms that limit their use of it to providing those services.
- To comply with law or a valid legal request, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
- In a business transfer (such as a merger or acquisition), subject to this policy.
Safety disclosures (imminent harm)
In rare cases, if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to prevent imminent serious harm to you or others, we may disclose information (including your phone number and message content) to emergency services or appropriate authorities. We are not obligated to monitor messages or to act, and you should never rely on Second Prime AI for emergency response. For emergencies, always contact 911 or 988(Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) directly.
If a message appears to describe a crisis, our system may automatically text you information directing you to 911 and 988. Our system does not contact emergency services or hotlines on your behalf, does not dispatch help, and is not a monitoring or rescue service.
Your choices
- Stop texts: reply STOP to any message to cancel SMS at any time. Reply HELP for help.
- Unsubscribe from email: use the unsubscribe link in any email. Opting out of email does not affect SMS, and vice versa.
- Access or delete your data: contact us (below) to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable law.
Data retention & security
We retain your information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal and recordkeeping obligations (including consent records), and resolve disputes. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information; no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
Children
The service is intended for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new “Effective” date, and where appropriate we will provide additional notice.
